These Terms apply to group and 1-1 classes, workshops, memberships and events provided by Alice Moir (Yoga and Alchemy with Alice), based in Nottingham. By booking a class or membership, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you're unable to attend a booked class. Late cancellations may be charged in full, at my discretion, particularly where a spot could not be offered to someone else.

Payment & Membership
The £20 Monthly Membership renews automatically each month and includes all live online classes, plus access to recordings. Drop-in classes are payable at the time of booking. Membership cancellations should be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable for part-used months. Drop-in classes may be refunded at my discretion if cancelled with sufficient notice or if a class does not go ahead as planned.

Class Schedule & Changes
The Monthly Membership includes a minimum of 4 and up to 8 live classes per month. I reserve the right to cancel or change the time of a class where necessary. From time to time, classes may be pre-recorded in advance (for example, due to travel) rather than delivered live - members will always be notified ahead of time. If I need to cancel a live class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will let you know as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled class or a recording in its place.

Health & Wellbeing
By attending my classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and take part at your own risk. Please inform me of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class, so the practice can be adapted safely. If you are ever unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please consult a doctor before attending.

Code of Conduct
I aim to create a safe, respectful and welcoming space for everyone. Participants are asked to behave kindly and considerately towards myself and others. I reserve the right to ask someone to leave a class, without refund, if their behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe or inappropriate.

Liability
I hold appropriate teacher insurance and take care to teach safely and mindfully. Yoga and movement practices carry an inherent risk of injury and by attending classes you accept that you do so at your own risk. My liability is limited to the value of the class or membership fee paid, except where injury or loss is caused by my negligence.

Age Requirement
My classes are intended for adults (18+). If you would like to bring a younger participant, please contact me in advance to discuss.

Intellectual Property
All class content - including sequences, recordings, playlists, guided meditations and written materials - is created by me and remains my intellectual property. Recordings are for personal use by members only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced or shared with others, including via social media, without my written permission.

Online Class Etiquette
Zoom links are for the booked participant only and should not be shared with others. Please practise with your camera on unless discussed in advance. Recordings are provided for members to revisit their own practice and are not to be redistributed. Please keep the Members Area password to yourself - it should not be shared with others. The password will be changed from time to time to help keep the area secure.

Home Shala (In-Person Classes)
Please arrive on time and be respectful of the space, as it is also my home. Shoes should be removed at the door and mats/props should be treated with care.

Photography & Video
Very occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during class for promotional use. Consent will be requested before the practice.

Data Protection
Any personal information you share with me including contact and health details - is kept private and used only to run and improve my classes. It will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on my website.
