As one year closes and another begins, we gather in circle to slow down, soften, and listen. This four-hour journey weaves yin yoga, guided journalling, shamanic magic, circle time and ceremony.

I am delighted to be joined by my good friend Dr Angela Martinez Dy who will be leading our New Year Sovereign Alignment Circle.

An invitation to reflect on the lessons of the year past and plant clear, intentions for the cycle ahead. Time to connect in circle to yourself and each other; start the year with magic.

What does it mean to live in sovereign alignment with your values?

This workshop will invite you to drop in, get grounded, and deeply reflect on the values you cherish, and how they show up in your everyday actions.

Through embodied ‘tuning in’, journalling, yes/no criteria-setting, poster-making, and small and large group sharing, you will leave the workshop with a clear, self-guided steer on how to move more fully into your sovereignty and ensure alignment of your body, mind and spirit for 2026.

Bring a journal if you keep one.

Paper and pens will be provided.
