Mandala Vinyasa ~ Sacred Rest
In the paradox of stillness and movement, the magic unfolds:
Sacred Rest ~ a shamanic descent into the quiet inner wild.
Mandala Vinyasa ~ a rising spell of breath and movement.
Both a journey through the elements, back to yourself.

Most classes are accessible and beginner-friendly - come exactly as you are, curious, tired, open, or unsure.
Mandala Vinyasa is an experienced-level class, and it’s helpful to have familiarity with the postures. Hatha, Vinyasa and Sacred Rest classes are suitable for all levels. -
I teach a range of yoga styles including Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Mandala Vinyasa.
• Yin Yoga (Sacred Rest) is Slow, floor-based postures held for longer periods to support deep rest, release and nervous system regulation. Suitable for all levels.
• Hatha Yoga – A steady, mindful practice focused on alignment, breath and building strength and awareness. Suitable for all levels.
• Vinyasa Yoga – A flowing, breath-led practice that builds heat and strength. Options are always offered, making it accessible to most levels.
• Mandala Vinyasa – A creative, circular flow moving through all directions of the mat. This is a more dynamic, experienced-level practice. Familiarity with yoga postures is helpful.

Bring water. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. For Mandala Vinyasa, lighter layers are recommended to help you stay cool.
Yoga mats, blocks and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
For longer ceremonial practices, you may also like to bring a journal, a blanket and/or a small meaningful object to place on our altar. -
That’s completely welcome here. You don’t need to “empty the mind”, observing the mind is part of the practice.
A busy brain is very normal for many people and learning to sit with a little discomfort is often where the magic happens.
Regular yoga practice will support busy, sensitive and neurodivergent nervous systems. You’re always welcome to raise your hand and ask for support.

Sacred Rest is a blend of yin yoga, ritual and gentle shamanic-inspired practices.
It’s about remembering the body as wise, resting deeply and reconnecting to your imagination.
