Mandala Vinyasa is a fluid, strong, and playful practice that takes you on a 360° journey acround your mat.
Each class is intentionally crafted to focus on one of the four elements ~ Earth, Water, Fire, or Air.
The practice begins and ends with a series of yin postures, gently preparing and grounding the body.
Guided by the breath, the flow gradually builds toward strong poses and inversions, offering a creative and dynamic sequence that harmonises strength and flexibility.
Mandala Vinyasa is the feminine, playful counterpart to its inspirational ‘big brothers’ Ashtanga and Rocket, offering a space to explore strength, movement, and self-expression.
It invites a deep connection to both body and mind, where the transitions and control between movements are valued just as much as the postures themselves.
Music enhances the magic of the practice—breath and sound become guides, woven through movement to create a deeply immersive and soulful experience.
Every Mandala class is a ceremony.
