I’m really glad you are here.

I’m Alice.  I’m a yoga teacher and shamanic practitioner based in Nottingham. I teach weekly classes Online and in Nottingham as well as offering workshops, 1-1 classes and courses.

My work is rooted in creativity, embodied practice and a lifelong fascination with the inner world. It’s been a long journey to get here - shaped by sobriety and by time spent in India, Nepal, Mexico and Peru. Along the way, I’ve studied yoga, shamanism, depth psychology, hypnotherapy and myth. These threads weave through everything I offer: a love of story, ritual and the remembering of the sacred in the everyday.

Let’s practise together…

For me, yoga holds many purposes. The inner child delights in play - I love to teach arm balances and inversions because its so much fun. But there is also space for stillness and silence in our practice; our higher selves remember who we are beneath the asanas. Yoga is a living conversation between body, psyche and nature.

My practice and teaching are inspired by the books I read, travel, art, dance, music, myth, and most importantly, time spent in nature. These are my teachers, and their quiet wisdom guides me to deeper reciprocity, presence, and awe. As a qualified hypnotherapist, I weave gentle hypnosis, metaphor and story telling into my classes.

Every class is a ceremony. At its heart, my work is about coming home to your breath, your body, and the present moment. To play, to connect and find joy every day.

Through movement and ceremony, my intention is to guide others back to their innate creativity and the joy of their inner child.
